Terms of Sale: All Sales are FINAL after two weeks.
Return or Exchange: Return or Exchange is accepted only if Navab Brothers Outlet is notified within two weeks of the purchase.
Undelivered Merchandise: If the purchaser does not receive merchandise within two weeks of the purchase, Navab Brothers Outlet MUST be notified to place a tracer on the shipment. If a pad(underlayment)is purchased in conjunction with the rug, the return of the pad will NOT be accepted and NO return payment will be made toward the purchase of a pad.
Damage to merchandise during shipping: Merchandise damaged during shipping must be photographed and recorded by the purchaser after its receipt. Navab Brothers Outlet must be notified immediately of the condition of the merchandise upon receipt by the purchaser.
Damage during possession of the merchandise within two weeks of the purchase: Cost of any damage incurred during the possession of the merchandise by the purchaser including physical damage, staining or soiling, will be deducted when return credit is made back to the original form of payment.
Lost or Never Received Merchandise: If proven that the shipment was never received by the purchaser, full credit will be made to the original form of payment.
Return Credit: Return credit will be made back to the original form of payment only after the receipt of the merchandise by Navab Brothers Outlet.
Return Packaging: When a return request is made by the purchaser, handling and packaging of the merchandise is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Upon approval of return by Navab Brothers Outlet a return shipping label will be sent to the purchaser.
