Drying Facilities
Your rug is then dried in temperature controlled facilities and, if needing repair, is sent to our restoration specialists.

Our professionals inspect your rug’s fiber content and condition, discuss cleaning and repair options, and provide a detailed report. We tag it, vacuum and dust to remove microorganisms, oversee the cleaning process—using only natural cleaners and purified water—and dry in our temperature-controlled drying room. If repair is needed, we send the rug to our restoration experts.
