Cash & Carry
If dropping off or picking up your rugs at our Minneapolis location, please use our back-parking lot entrance for parking and entry. We ask that you wear a mask and follow CDC Guidelines for social distancing of at least 6ft to be safe. Gloves and masks will be worn by staff members.
Our Golden Valley location is also open for drop off and pick up service. Our entrance is at the front of our building next to the dock doors. Again, we ask that you wear a mask and follow CDC Guidelines for social distancing of at least 6ft to be safe. Masks and gloves are worn by all staff members.
Drop Off Payment Procedures
Payments by credit cards will not require a signature. Credit cards will be sanitized after transaction.
Pick Up & Delivery Service
We currently are offering our Pick Up and Delivery Service. As always, our office staff will call one day before scheduled pickup or delivery to provide a 2-hour window of when our Route Crew will be in your area. Our route crew will follow CDC Guidelines for social distancing of at least 6ft to be safe. Gloves and masks will be worn along with shoe covers.
Delivery Payment Procedures
All payments should be made prior to delivery if using credit card by calling our team at (612) 721-3333. If paying by check, please have payment ready for our Route Crew.
